Summary
The Visual Manager - Central supports stores across a Texas-based region to deliver brand consistent and impactful visual merchandising that drives top line results and profitability. This role coaches and develops in-store visual talent, communicates global brand initiatives, and manages execution of floorsets, props, and store presentations across full price, outlet, and wholesale channels. The position requires regional travel and on-site leadership for openings and renovations.
Responsibilities
- Support development and rollout of global and North American VM training tools and programs
- Train, assess, and develop in-store visual talent and new hires within the region
- Plan and manage execution of seasonal floorset launches, monthly refreshes, prop launches, and activations
- Conduct in-store and virtual visits to ensure brand standards and provide clear actionables
- Analyze money mapping and business to ensure visual presentations drive top line results
- Manage prop and fixture inventory and identify regional needs and opportunities
- Provide on-site management for store openings, renovations, and visual elements within region
- Host weekly touch-bases with stores and liaise with regional managers to align on VM initiatives
Requirements
- Strong merchandising and strategic planning skills suitable for high volume and flagship stores
- Detail oriented with high level leadership and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suites
- Flexibility to work off-peak hours including weekends and overnights and travel up to 50% of the time
- Ability to safely lift and move 50lbs and comfortable with heights and ladders
- Ability to manage travel calendars and budgets and possess a drivers license and valid passport
- Comfortable making autonomous decisions in a timely manner
