Visual Manager

Summary

The Visual Manager creates an engaging shopping environment through fashion-focused presentations, promotional events, and store merchandising. The role supports full-price sales and store profitability while maintaining corporate visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee visual placement, execution standards, store flow, merchandising, and layout across displays, fixtures, signage, lighting, and wall presentations.
• Support corporate branding plans, including in-store campaigns and window presentations.
• Lead communication and resolve direction and flow challenges within the store.
• Create visual impact that generates customer interest and excitement while following company guidelines.

Requirements

• Two- to four-year degree in fashion merchandising or fine arts.
• Five or more years of related visual experience with increasing responsibility.
• Ability to lift and carry more than 25 pounds, climb ladders, operate equipment safely, and work with materials such as paint and glue.
• Experience in event planning, art exhibitions, or installations; portfolio or work samples required.
• Demonstrated ability to build team morale, generate new ideas, drive outcomes, and improve processes.
