Summary

The Visual Merchandiser creates and maintains appealing fashion presentations and store environments by applying current visual merchandising strategies and trends. This role partners with department managers to implement and customize visual standards, supports lighting and trim/window installations, and adapts to varying weekly schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of direction at the store level
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support execution of the in store lighting program
• Customize visual presentations to suit department and store needs
• Use ladders drills and tools to assemble and install visual props

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills in building and assembly of visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other tools
• Computer proficiency and comfort learning new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
