Visual Merchandiser - Midwest

Summary

Responsible for overseeing visual merchandising for retail stores across the Midwest market, interpreting global visual direction to create compelling interior and window presentations that enhance client experience and drive sales. The role involves market leadership, collaboration with store teams and headquarters, and frequent travel to ensure consistent visual standards. The Visual Merchandiser will analyze sales data to adapt visual strategies and support store events and merchandising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute appealing visual presentations for interiors and windows to maximize sales.
• Provide strategic guidance and partnership with store teams on visual merchandising and product promotion.
• Interpret global creative strategy and adapt it to market and individual store needs.
• Analyze selling reports and data to respond to business needs at market and store levels.
• Train and coach store teams and visual ambassadors on visual standards and best practices.
• Develop zoning plans and mock-up presentations for stores within the market.
• Oversee visual tools and inventory to ensure they meet brand standards and are well maintained.
• Communicate visual updates and recaps from store visits with regional partners and headquarters.
• Adhere to store visit rotation and respect travel budget while supporting market needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years visual merchandising experience with multi-store scope preferred.
• Flexible with hours and comfortable with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work ad hoc overnights and weekends to meet urgent deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the market, up to 75% of the time.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and basic photography skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store teams and headquarters.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
