Summary

The Visual Merchandiser creates compelling in-store presentations that reflect current fashion trends and uphold visual standards. This role partners with department managers to implement merchandising direction, install displays and support lighting and promotional setups while adapting to store needs and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of direction customized to the store
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for store promotional events
• Support execution of the in store lighting program
• Perform building and assembly of visual props as needed
• Use ladders drills box knives and other tools safely
• Work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills for building and assembly of visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other miscellaneous tools
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
