Creative Visual Merchandiser responsible for presenting fashion trends through compelling in-store aesthetics and displays. Partners with department managers to maintain visual standards, support merchandising and signage, and execute store promotional presentations. Works with lighting programs and installs trim and window displays. Schedule varies based on business needs and store requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of direction tailored to the store
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support successful execution of the in store lighting program
• Use tools and equipment to build and assemble visual props as needed
• Work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills for building and assembly of visual props preferred
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other miscellaneous tools
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
