Job Description

Summary

Support the AVP of Visual Merchandising in coordinating and implementing visual merchandising and display functions for Western and Southeast retail boutiques and SR partners, managing PLV inventory and orders, coordinating seasonal themes and product launches, and preparing reports and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate implementation of visual merchandising and display functions across regions.
  • Manage PLV display material orders and maintain stock levels.
  • Coordinate installations for annual and seasonal themes and product launches.
  • Create and communicate VM directives to boutique directors and visual merchandisers.
  • Update and maintain PLV reference spreadsheets and library uploads.
  • Process PLV order requests and compile monthly inventory tracking reports.
  • Organize and maintain photo library for themes and launches.
  • Create VM reports and submit to HQ after installations.
  • Process invoices and provide quarterly reports to the AVP.

Requirements

  • BS degree in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design, visual communications or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in field visual merchandising.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and advanced Excel functions.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools.
  • Knowledge of SAP and budget or finance systems is a plus.
  • Management or people leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Proactive, flexible and able to learn quickly.
