The role ensures consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across product categories and supports windows, interiors, and special events. The associate will collaborate with store teams to execute brand standards and perform daily visual maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Execute window installations
• Implement interior merchandising and maintain daily visual standards
• Prepare store zoning and support events in collaboration with the team
• Perform day-to-day visual maintenance checks
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of general brand standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a visual merchandising role in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience owning and implementing visual strategies, window installations, and special events
• Experience with RTW, leather goods, and accessories
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
