Visual Merchandising Associate

Summary

Part-Time Visual Merchandising Associate responsible for implementing and maintaining visual standards across windows, interiors, and events. The role supports business strategy and enhances the client experience through high-quality visual execution and attention to brand consistency. The associate works closely with the store team to prepare zoning, execute special installs, and perform daily visual maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Create and install window displays and interior merchandising presentations.
• Implement store zoning and support visual elements for events and promotions.
• Perform day-to-day visual maintenance checks to ensure consistent presentation.
• Collaborate with the store team to execute brand standards and visual strategies.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of general brand standards across product categories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a visual merchandising role with strong visual execution in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies, window installations, and special events.
• Hands-on experience with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories merchandising.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with store teams.
