Summary

The Visual Merchandising Associate is a part-time in-store role responsible for ensuring the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories. You will act as a brand ambassador and support the store's business strategy while enhancing the client experience. The role includes executing window and interior installations, preparing store zoning and events, and maintaining daily visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and install window displays and seasonal presentations.
• Implement interior merchandising across the sales floor according to brand standards.
• Prepare store zoning and support special events and visual activations.
• Perform daily visual maintenance checks and updates to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with the store team to execute visual strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a visual merchandising role within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to own and implement visual merchandising strategies, window installations, and event executions.
• Experience with ready-to-wear, leather goods, and accessories preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
