Visual Merchandising Intern

Summary

The Visual Merchandising Intern will support the Visual Operations Manager in executing brand image projects across channels, including window concepts, pop-ups, events, and store openings. The role combines creative support, vendor and logistics coordination, and operational tasks such as budget tracking, calendars, and tool orders. The intern will provide occasional onsite hands-on assistance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver local and global visual initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of window installations, pop-ups, pop-ins, collection events, and store openings.
• Assist with VM budget monitoring and monthly reconciliations in partnership with finance and the Visual Operations Manager.
• Maintain calendars, reports, RFP and vendor communications, technical drawing collection, and tool order follow-up.
• Help prepare and distribute VM guides and installation instructions for in-store and off-site activations.
• Coordinate with Communications, Merchandising, Logistics, and Store Planning on fixtures, imagery, and onsite installation needs.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of experience in window, visual merchandising, or event coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in progress.
• Visually engaged, detail oriented, and a strong visual learner.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently and cross-functionally.
• Proactive, quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative attitude.
