Summary
Lead visual merchandising efforts to ensure consistent, high-quality luxury presentation across all product categories at the store. Coordinate with corporate and local teams to plan and implement window installations, store zonings, rotations and visual concepts that support business objectives and enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with corporate office and local suppliers for window installation
- Manage window product changes for every rotation
- Plan prepare and implement regular store zoning and rotations with store management
- Prepare products backstage manage location changes in database and install displays
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to corporate
- Visit competitors report best practices and propose improvements
- Collaborate with store leadership and advisors on events launches and visual topics
- Maintain store environment props lighting and furniture to luxury standards
- Manage reordering of props lighting and visual merchandising tools
Requirements
- Proven passion for visual merchandising and luxury retail presentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with corporate and store teams
- Experience implementing zonings rotations and window installations
- Ability to manage inventory preparation and database location updates
- Attention to detail ensuring displays meet brand standards
- Ability to provide clear photographic and qualitative feedback
