Job Description

Summary

The Visual Merchandising Lead is responsible for bringing the brand to life in the store by ensuring visual appeal and consistency across displays and windows. This role coordinates installations and product rotations, provides feedback to leadership, and maintains luxury presentation standards while collaborating with store and regional teams. The Lead champions visual merchandising best practices and supports the customer experience through meticulous execution and creative vision.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate window installations with regional and corporate partners and local suppliers, managing product changes for each rotation.
  • Plan, prepare, and implement store zoning and regular product rotations, including product preparation and database updates.
  • Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager after each rotation and monitor competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with Expert Advisors, Team Managers, Universe Managers, and the Store Manager to implement category zoning and propose alternative products when needed.
  • Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks, ensure lighting, windows, props, and furniture are in excellent condition, and manage reordering of supplies.

Requirements

  • Experience in visual merchandising or luxury retail with a strong eye for detail and presentation.
  • Creative vision combined with strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate feedback clearly, and provide photographic documentation.
  • Passion for luxury retail standards, a proactive attitude, and the ability to maintain store presentation consistently.
