Visual Merchandising Lead - Rodeo

As a Visual Merchandising Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in the store.

• Manage all aspects of store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
• Ensure key products are selected and well-displayed to maximize business opportunities.
• Lead window product changes and installations.
• Collaborate with the store team on business events.
• Train the team on visual merchandising topics.

• 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit Visual Merchandising role.
• Experience leading visual execution in a fast-paced, retail environment.
• Demonstrated experience owning and implementing visual merchandising strategies and standards.
• Experience with RTW, leather goods, and accessories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
