Summary

The Visual Merchandising Lead will ensure consistency, quality and sophistication of visual merchandising across product categories at the store. This role supports business strategy, enhances the client experience, and leads visual execution including window installations and event displays.

Responsibilities

• Manage store zoning and product rotations in collaboration with store team
• Select and display key products to maximize sales opportunities
• Lead window product changes and installation
• Collaborate with store team on business events and visual plans
• Train store team on visual merchandising standards and techniques
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and standards across categories
• Ensure visual execution for RTW, leather goods, and accessories

Requirements

• Experience in a multi unit visual merchandising role
• Proven leadership of visual execution in a fast paced retail environment
• Demonstrated experience with window installations and special events
• Knowledge of RTW leather goods and accessories merchandising
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and guide store teams on visual standards
