Visual Merchandising Leader - Dallas Gallery

As a Visual Merchandising Leader at RH Dallas Gallery, you will lead a cross-functional team focused on strategy and execution in a luxury retail environment. You will develop visual merchandising plans and work closely with Gallery Leadership and centralized RH Visual teams to drive sales and ensure execution according to RH standards.

• Develop visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and centralized RH Visual teams.
• Work with internal partners to establish strategies that drive sales.
• Train Gallery teams on merchandise set, signage, and graphics updates.
• Ensure Gallery maintenance, recovery, and cleanliness.
• Communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.

• 5+ years of leadership and visual experience within luxury retail.
• Proven experience embracing change and delivering top results.
• Ability to recognize and respond to complex priorities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills and strategic mentality.
