Visual Merchandising Leader

As a Visual Merchandising Leader at RH Nashville, you will lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that enhance the luxury retail experience. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining the brand's high standards of design and presentation.

• Develop visual merchandising plans with Gallery Leadership and centralized RH Visual teams.
• Collaborate with internal partners to establish strategies that drive sales and ensure execution according to RH standards.
• Train Gallery teams on merchandise set, signage and graphics updates, and Gallery maintenance.
• Communicate the RH design point of view and product assortment.
• Drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.

• 5+ years of leadership and visual experience within luxury retail.
• Proven ability to embrace change and deliver top results with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strategic mentality with experience motivating and leading teams.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
