Visual Merchandising Manager - Design District

As the Visual Merchandising Manager at the Miami Design District boutique, you will ensure the quality and consistency of visual merchandising. This role involves extensive in-store merchandising, merging commercial and aesthetic concerns to enhance the store atmosphere, client experience, and business goals. You will be a key business partner to the store management team, demonstrating agility and excellent communication.

• Maintain and elevate visual displays across all selling floors.
• Collaborate with store team and corporate partners to address sales challenges and formulate strategies.
• Support selling events and animations through visual merchandising guidance and implementation.
• Educate store team on visual merchandising standards and seasonal guidelines.
• Order and maintain display props to enhance visual presentation.
• Provide feedback and images to Corporate and International Visual Merchandising departments.
• Support window installations and assist with new store openings and renovations.

• Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising managerial experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret guidelines and adapt them to Group standards.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with strategic agility and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
