Job Description

Summary

As a Visual Merchandising Manager for the Hawaii Market, you will be responsible for communicating visual presentation direction and standards in our Ala Moana and Waikiki Boutiques. You will work closely with Corporate and in-store teams to maintain visual standards and report back to senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain visual standards with attention to detail according to global directives for each location.
  • Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising.
  • Execute window changes overnight and floor changes.
  • Re-merchandise according to sell-through and product launches.
  • Partner with Boutique teams to maintain visual standards.
  • Upload store and project photos to internal VM app for corporate approval.
  • Be an integral team member for store openings and special events.
  • Oversee and organize props inventory.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
  • Strong planning, organization, creativity, and originality skills.
  • Ability to translate design trends to store windows and environments.
  • Ability to communicate strategically across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong follow-through skills.
  • Ability to develop and train store management teams, build relationships, and utilize skills of workforce appropriately.
  • Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
