Job Description

Summary

As a Visual Merchandising Manager at House of Dior in Beverly Hills, you will be responsible for managing the visual merchandising strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing seasonal collection launches to drive sales. You will lead a team of three VM Specialists, ensuring a high standard of brand image and fostering a data-driven business partnership.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a network of support for visual merchandising efforts, including installs, rotations, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate collection launches, window changes, business-related rotations, and in-store event setups.
  • Ensure display updates across various categories including Women’s, Men’s, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Maison, and Spa.
  • Develop a culture of brand integrity and excellence, fostering ownership and alignment through walk-throughs and meetings.
  • Communicate weekly schedules and guidelines to all teams for full visibility and accountability.
  • Lead and prioritize business needs while balancing team capacity and time management.
  • Maintain close partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders.
  • Handle and organize props diligently to ensure maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, organization, and creative skills.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to develop and train teams while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
