The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead visual merchandising implementation at the Lenox Square location. This role ensures consistent, high-quality brand presentation across product categories and supports business strategy and the in-store client experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistency, quality, and sophistication of visual merchandising across product categories.
• Support business strategy and enhance the client experience in-store.
• Lead window installations and visual presentation for ready-to-wear and accessories.
• Collaborate with teams and nurture talent while maintaining high standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment.
• Experience with ready-to-wear, accessories, window installations, and a broad range of product categories.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a detail-focused and deadline-oriented approach.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability; approximately 5-10% travel.
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
