Louis Vuitton is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager to be a brand ambassador for our location in Lenox Square. Ensuring the consistency, quality, and sophistication of our visual merchandising implementation across all product categories. You will play a crucial role in supporting our business strategy and enhancing the Client experience in-store. This role is for a leader who embodies creativity, precision, and an unwavering passion for luxury.
We are seeking a visionary and inspiring leader who possesses a deep passion for luxury visual merchandising and a proven ability to elevate brand presentation. If you are a collaborative spirit with a strategic mindset and a dedication to nurturing talent, you will thrive in this role. The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience: 5+ years of merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience with RTW and accessories, window installations, and a strong understanding of all product categories.
Key Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a deadline-oriented and detail-focused approach.
Personal Attributes: A creative, action-oriented team player with a passion for luxury, capable of making timely decisions and maintaining high standards.
Mobility & Physical Demands: Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability (approx. 5-10% travel), with the ability to perform physical tasks like walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $95,000 - $110,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
