Visual Merchandising Manager

Summary

The Visual Merchandising Manager in Las Vegas ensures the consistency, quality and sophistication of visual merchandising across all product categories to support business strategy and enhance the client experience. This role plans and implements zoning and rotations, collaborates with store leadership and category leads, and provides qualitative and photographic feedback to corporate. The manager also trains and orients new visual leaders and leverages merchandising to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement regular zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management
• Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager
• Leverage visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and support business development
• Collaborate with Team Manager, Team Lead and Expert Advisors to select and display key products
• Train and facilitate orientation of new visual leaders

Requirements

• Proven visual merchandising experience in luxury retail with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute zoning and rotation programs
• Skilled in providing qualitative and photographic merchandising feedback
• Leadership and training experience with the ability to coach store-level teams
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
