Responsibilities- Build and maintain a network of support for visual merchandising efforts, including installs, rotations, and maintenance.
- Coordinate visual efforts for collection launches, window changes, business-related rotations, and in-store event setups.
- Manage display updates for Women's, Men's, Fine Jewelry & Watches.
- Cultivate a culture of brand integrity and develop a system for display maintenance.
- Communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and future planning to all teams involved.
- Lead and prioritize business needs while balancing team capacity.
- Coordinate walk-throughs of displays and participate in morning meetings.
- Address merchandising concerns to accommodate business needs and corporate directives.
- Support other regions for events, pop-ups, and store openings when capacity allows.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders.
- Ensure diligent handling, care, and prop organizing for maintenance and upkeep.
Requirements- 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent planning, organization, and creative skills.
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop and train teams, build relationships, and maintain professionalism.
- Strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
