Responsibilities- Maintain and elevate visual displays across all selling floors.
- Collaborate with store team and corporate partners to address sales challenges and formulate strategies.
- Support selling events and animations through visual merchandising guidance and implementation.
- Educate store team on visual merchandising standards and seasonal guidelines.
- Conduct visual merchandising training during store meetings.
- Aid in replenishment of items sold from displays.
- Order and maintain display props to enhance visual presentation.
- Provide feedback and images to Corporate and International Visual Merchandising departments.
- Support window installations and collaborate with installation vendors.
- Maintain sales floor and stockroom organization in compliance with policies.
- Occasionally travel to support other locations as needed.
- Assist with new store openings and renovations.
Requirements- 5-8 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret guidelines and adapt them to Group standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
