- Facilitate training sessions on seasonal guidelines with each store.
- Travel monthly to regional stores to support visual needs.
- Stay within budget for travel and expenses.
- Enhance brand aesthetics by conceptualizing new merchandising solutions.
- Coordinate and execute seasonal window installations and floor moves.
- Coordinate store openings and events in the region.
- Work on visual simulations for upcoming launches and store openings.
- Act as a point of contact for all visually related questions.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in design, art, fashion, or related discipline preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in visual display in retail and wholesale, luxury retail preferred.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in current visual merchandising trends.
- Experience collaborating with buyers, marketing team, or retailers.
- Experience working with external vendors.
- Ability to travel 75-80% to regional stores.
