Visual Merchandising - Miami Metro

As a Visual Merchandiser in the Miami Metro area, you will support the implementation of visual display direction and standards in Dior retail locations. You will work closely with the VM Manager and in-store teams to maintain brand image and displays.

• Implement visual updates and maintenance with attention to detail.
• Cultivate a culture where the team maintains displays and upholds the brand image.
• Build and maintain a network of support with boutiques for VM efforts.
• Execute window and floor changes in accordance with Collection launches.
• Maintain cadence for uploading approved photos to the La Ruche app.
• Provide additional support for store openings, special events, and pop-ups.
• Handle, care, and organize props to ensure maintenance and upkeep.

• Visual Display and Merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
• Strong planning, organization, and creative skills.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Strong follow-through and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
• Ability to travel as needed.
