Visual Merchandising Production Specialist

Summary

The Visual Merchandising Production Specialist constructs, installs, finishes, transports, and manages visual elements for store marketing presentations, events, pop-up shops, design prototypes, and special projects. The role supports production work and may take ownership of assigned projects from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Build, install, finish, and transport visual merchandising elements.
• Plan and execute projects, resolve issues, and meet deadlines set by the Production Manager.
• Use power tools and equipment safely in a high-production environment.
• Assist with all aspects of production and collaborate with store and corporate teams.
• Drive delivery vehicles and travel or work flexible schedules as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in visual merchandising, cabinetry, or woodworking.
• Knowledge of building techniques and ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency with power tools, basic computer software, and MS Office.
• Understanding of personal and equipment safety requirements.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb 12-foot ladders, and wear a respirator when required.
• Current driver's license and ability to drive delivery vehicles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
