Summary
Lead and execute regional visual merchandising strategies to ensure consistent, high-end product presentation across retail and wholesale locations. Operate as the primary field resource for windows, in-case installations, floor moves and store events while partnering with corporate Visual and store leadership. Travel regularly to assess market needs, train teams, and support openings and special initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute corporate visual merchandising directives including windows, in-case displays, seasonal and special initiatives.
- Visit and support retail and wholesale stores on a regular schedule; lead window installs and floor moves.
- Maintain organized photo library and documentation from store visits and remote coaching.
- Prepare visuals for events and manage special product displays for in-store activations.
- Support retail and wholesale store openings across the US and Canada and coordinate with VM Director on installs.
- Train and develop Visual Specialists, sales staff, and store management on merchandising standards and store maintenance.
- Maintain merchandising floorplans and make VM decisions based on market trends and business analysis.
- Independently manage travel schedule and collaborate with corporate Visual to ensure consistent communication.
Requirements
- 6+ years of visual merchandising field experience with a luxury brand; jewelry experience preferred.
- Proven experience leading and advising retail teams on visual standards and strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to train and develop others and to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 70% for store visits and openings.
