The Specialist will report to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager and assist in strategic planning efforts.
Responsibilities- Ensure visual guidelines are executed in all stores according to brand standards and corporate supervision.
- Implement corporate visual merchandising guidelines across all points of sale, including boutiques, wholesale, and travel retail locations.
- Provide feedback to store teams on product setups, allocation, prop usage, store appearance, and visual processes.
- Train retail management and associates on visual standards and guidelines during store visits.
- Oversee visual merchandising installs and dismantles in partnership with VM Production.
- Manage visual merchandising setup and planning for new store openings in the West Coast Market.
- Create VM photo reports documenting store visits, strategic initiatives, and events using PowerPoint.
- Manage prop inventory across all points of sale and communicate replenishment needs to VM Manager.
- Support brand events by managing product setups, dismantling, and showroom organization.
- Collaborate with corporate headquarters and external vendors on visual projects.
- Act as a point of contact for Regional VPs to align on visual communication and implementation.
Requirements- 3+ years of Visual Merchandising experience in an in-store and/or corporate role.
- Based in Los Angeles (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Extremely organized with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as business requires.
- Work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Flexible hours required for project-based work.
- Ability to work well with various teams.
- Passion for retail and elevating the brand.
- Travel is required.
- Ability to lift 10-25 lbs.
