Visual Merchandising Supervisor - Beverly Center

As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor at Beverly Center, you will lead the visual merchandising team to create compelling and visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You will be responsible for maintaining the brand's visual standards and ensuring the store's aesthetic aligns with company guidelines.

• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
• Oversee the installation of window displays, signs, interior displays, and special promotions.
• Collaborate with store management to plan and implement seasonal merchandising changes.
• Train and mentor visual merchandising staff to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to adjust merchandising strategies as needed.
• Ensure all visual merchandising materials are up-to-date and in excellent condition.

• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.
