Visual Merchandising Supervisor - Beverly Center

Summary

Lead visual merchandising efforts for the store at Beverly Center, ensuring displays reflect brand standards and drive sales. Oversee implementation of seasonal and promotional presentations while collaborating with store leadership and corporate teams. Coach and guide visual team members to maintain high visual standards and an elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain visual displays consistent with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
• Plan and execute merchandising resets and promotional installations at the Beverly Center location.
• Train and supervise visual merchandising staff and provide daily direction.
• Collaborate with store management to optimize floor sets and product placement.
• Manage inventory of props signage and visual materials for the store.
• Ensure visual standards are upheld through regular audits and adjustments.
• Coordinate with corporate visual and planning teams on calendar and fixture needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of visual merchandising or retail experience, including supervisory responsibility.
• Strong eye for detail and proven creative merchandising skills.
• Ability to lift climb and install displays and fixtures as needed.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to work on a retail schedule including weekends and peak periods.
