Visual Merchandising Supervisor - King of Prussia

As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor at our King of Prussia location, you will lead the visual merchandising team to create compelling and visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You will ensure that the store's visual standards are maintained and aligned with the brand's guidelines.

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and maximize sales.
• Lead and train the visual merchandising team to maintain high standards of visual presentation.
• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to adjust visual merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to visual merchandising.

• 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
