Visual Operations Coordinator - Tribeca

Summary

The Visual Operations Coordinator supports the production and fulfillment of visual merchandising materials for retail and wholesale accounts. This role manages inventory, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and coordinates distribution and rollout of fixtures, graphics, and visual assets across stores and wholesale doors. The Coordinator liaises with vendors, regional VM managers, retail and wholesale teams and assists with store openings and installations.

Responsibilities

• Support ordering and distribution of fixtures, graphics and VM materials for retail and wholesale accounts.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, retail representatives, wholesale account managers and regional VM managers.
• Manage and log Wholesale Image Roll Out distribution and maintain up-to-date specifications for wholesale doors.
• Maintain corporate inventory of fixtures and visual materials and keep the materials library organized.
• Create purchase orders for visual projects and process vendor invoices and coding to keep budgets current.
• Assist with new store openings, seasonal window installations and special events; travel as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of visual merchandising production, fixture and graphic manufacturing processes and timelines.
• Experience managing inventory, purchase orders and vendor invoice processing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to travel to support store setups and installations as needed.
