Visual Presentation Associate

Summary

Support in-store visual presentation and merchandising for a luxury menswear retailer, participating in seasonal planning and executing window and focal displays. Install and maintain props, table merchandise, and displays while contributing creative ideas and staying current on fashion and menswear trends. Work collaboratively with store teams to ensure overall store appearance and support special merchandise events.

Responsibilities

• Provide visual presentation support services for store displays and windows
• Participate in seasonal planning activities and implement key seasonal display concepts
• Install props and set pieces for in-store focal points and window displays
• Create and maintain table merchandise presentations using appropriate props
• Maintain all displays and ensure store appearance and cleanliness
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandise replenishment
• Contribute creative ideation for visual stories, mannequins, and windows
• Assist with special merchandise events and seasonal rollouts

Requirements

• Fashion merchandising diploma or program in creative merchandising or 2 years retail experience in visual presentation
• Attention to detail and strong creative merchandising skills
• Background in painting, building, crafting, set design, or prop styling considered an asset
• Self-starter with ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player with passion for fashion and menswear trends
