Visual Presentation Store Leader - Pacific Centre

Summary

The Visual Presentation Store Leader at Pacific Centre, Vancouver drives in-store visual merchandising and presentation to support sales and the customer experience. This role leads the execution of windows, center stage and seasonal displays, in-store marketing initiatives, events and trunk shows while managing visual assets. The leader also trains and coaches visual presentation associates and partners with store and marketing teams to align visual execution with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual excellence to drive store sales and monitor sales trends to inform presentation decisions
• Execute daily, seasonal and campaign creative direction across windows, center stage and in-store displays
• Lead timely installation of visual presentations, pop-ups, trunk shows and store events
• Partner cross-functionally with Store Leadership, Operations and Marketing to align visual initiatives
• Manage visual asset inventory, storage and maintenance and control visual resources
• Train, coach and onboard Visual Presentation Associates and conduct regular assessments and 1:1s

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading a visual merchandising or presentation team
• Strong technical skills in prop installation and window execution
• Creative merchandising ability with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, work with urgency and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and a collaborative, relationship-focused approach
