Visual Referent - Madison

As a Visual Referent at Loro Piana Madison, you will be responsible for executing the brand's visual merchandising strategies, including window creativity, mannequin styling, and the presentation of ready-to-wear, accessory, and leather goods collections. You will collaborate with the retail team to ensure the brand's history, culture, and values are expressed through visual merchandising.

• Maintain daily visual merchandising standards in all client-facing areas, including windows and interiors.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser to maximize business results through effective visual merchandising.
• Propose and execute display solutions in line with global and local guidelines.
• Document visual merchandising rotations and initiatives with photos for weekly sharing with the Visual Merchandiser and Regional Visual Manager.
• Organize and maintain the visual merchandising tool inventory.
• Support visual merchandising training for the retail team and new sales professionals.
• Achieve personal sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and maintain a detailed clientele book and repeat customer base.
• Provide feedback on merchandise trends and sales floor coverage.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a creative field.
• Valid driver license and passport.
• Excellent visual skills and aesthetic sensibility.
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively.
