Visual Stylist

Summary

As a Visual Stylist, you support the store Visual Merchandising team to create the look and feel of store environments, bringing brand fashions to life through window displays and in-store activations under the direction of the Visual Lead. You deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining brand standards and executing corporate visual directives.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards and implement corporate visual directives
• Create and install window displays and in-store activations
• Merchandise the selling floor including fixture placement and trend presentation
• Maintain mannequins, signage, furniture, florals, carpets, and other visual elements
• Complete tasks and follow direction from Visual Leads to build displays
• Oversee assigned family of business as applicable
• Attend meetings to coordinate visual merchandising changes and calendars
• Communicate supply needs and provide feedback to management
• Maintain visual workroom and studio organization with focus on safety

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year visual merchandising experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interest in fashion and current trends
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Autodesk Revit
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Motivated team mentality and strong communication skills
