Summary
Support the store Visual Merchandising team by creating compelling window displays and in-store activations that bring luxury fashions to life. Work under the direction of the Visual Lead to execute brand standards, build seasonal environments, and enhance the customer experience through storytelling and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Execute NMG brand standards and corporate visual directives in windows and selling floor presentations
- Create and maintain in-store environments including mannequins, signage, furniture, florals, carpets, and displays
- Complete visual projects and follow fashion style cards on monthly and seasonal schedules
- Collaborate with Visual Leads, Sales Managers, and Brand Experience on event setups and activations
- Attend meetings to coordinate visual merchandising changes and calendar events
- Communicate supply needs and provide feedback to management
- Maintain visual workroom and studio organization with a focus on safety
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of visual merchandising experience
- Excellent customer service and collaborative attitude
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and current trends
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Autodesk Revit preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction from Visual Leads
