Visual Stylist

As a Visual Stylist at Neiman Marcus in Troy, you will collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create captivating store environments. Your role involves bringing the Neiman Marcus brand to life through engaging window displays and in-store activations, ensuring extraordinary customer experiences.

• Adhere to NMG Brand standards and partner standards within the store.
• Implement Corporate directive strategies as delegated by the Visual Lead.
• Interpret Neiman Marcus direction and current trends through in-store presentation.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager and Sales Managers to merchandise the selling floor.
• Create in-store environments to showcase luxury customer platforms.
• Maintain store signage, mannequins, and other visual elements.
• Complete tasks and follow direction of Visual Leads for merchandising displays.
• Attend meetings to respond to visual merchandising changes.
• Communicate supply needs and deliver feedback to manager.
• Collaborate on event strategies and preparation activities.
• Maintain visual workroom and studio organization with a focus on safety.

• 1+ year visual merchandising experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Motivated with a "Win together" mentality.
• Interest in fashion and trends.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
