Summary

The Visual Support Associate provides in-store visual merchandising and operational support to ensure presentation standards are met at the 59th Street location. This role collaborates with store leadership to execute displays, maintain visual standards, and support selling floor readiness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing visual merchandising directives and seasonal displays.
• Maintain visual standards across the selling floor and windows.
• Prepare merchandise and props for display setups and changes.
• Coordinate with store management on floor moves and presentation priorities.
• Perform regular store resets and merchandise straightening.
• Support inventory organization and stockroom presentation.
• Help troubleshoot visual issues and report maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Approximately 2 years of retail or visual merchandising experience.
• Strong eye for detail and design sensibility.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and props as needed.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working on ladders and performing physical tasks.
• Availability to work full time including weekends and holidays as required.
