Summary

The Visual Support Associate is responsible for assisting with visual merchandising and store presentation to enhance the customer experience. This role supports the implementation of displays, signage, and merchandising directives across the sales floor. The position works closely with store leadership to maintain brand standards and presentation consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up visual displays and merchandise presentations according to guidelines
• Maintain store presentation and ensure displays are clean and organized
• Rotate product and update signage for promotions and seasonal changes
• Support inventory staging and floor replenishment for visual purposes
• Collaborate with store management and visual teams to execute directives
• Monitor floor standards and report issues or damage
• Help with window and feature installations as needed

Requirements

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures safely
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
