Visual Support Associate - Tysons Corner

Summary

The Visual Support Associate assists the visual merchandising team in creating and maintaining compelling in-store presentations. This role supports installation of floor sets, signage, and displays while ensuring merchandising standards are upheld across the sales floor. The position works closely with store leadership and visual teams to execute timely updates and merchandising projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and refresh of visual displays and floor sets.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and signage meet brand and visual standards.
• Coordinate with store management and visual merchandising leads to schedule and execute projects.
• Support store recovery, fixture moves, and merchandise organization as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures safely; comfortable performing physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, a good eye for presentation, and ability to follow visual directives.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
