Visual Support Associate - Willow Grove

Summary

The Visual Support Associate assists in executing store visual merchandising standards and maintaining product presentation on the salesfloor. This role supports visual displays, signage, and fixture maintenance to ensure a cohesive customer experience. The associate works closely with the store and visual teams to implement floor moves and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Help install and refresh visual displays, mannequins, and signage according to merchandising directives.
• Maintain visual standards by straightening product, replenishing fixtures, and ensuring signage accuracy.
• Support floor moves, seasonal resets, and promotional installations.
• Assist with light maintenance of fixtures and reporting of repair needs.
• Collaborate with store leadership to prioritize visual tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for presentation.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced store environment.
