Job Description

Summary

Provides supervisory support for visual merchandising and in-store display execution at the 59th Street location. Partners with store leadership and visual teams to implement merchandise presentations, seasonal installations, and promotional builds. Ensures visual standards, timely resets, and upkeep of fixtures, props, and signage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead daily visual support tasks and on-floor installations.
  • Assist with planning and executing floor sets, window displays, and promotional merchandising.
  • Maintain visual merchandising inventory, props, signage, and fixtures; request replenishment as needed.
  • Train and supervise visual associates and temporary staff during setup and resets.
  • Perform regular walk-throughs to ensure compliance with brand presentation and store standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years retail or visual merchandising experience, preferably in a department store or specialty retail environment.
  • Ability to lift and move visual props and fixtures; comfortable with physical, hands-on work.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required by store operations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and ability to follow visual directives and brand standards.
