Job Description

Summary

The VP of Retail Excellence will lead a data driven, client centric agenda to elevate performance across retail locations in the region. This role uses business intelligence to improve productivity, conversion, and profitability while designing targeted training programs and ensuring a consistent brand client experience. The leader will coach and supervise retail performance and CRM teams and partner with executive leadership to drive regional retail strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of retail performance and prepare KPI reporting for weekly and monthly reviews
  • Partner with global and regional retail leaders to plan and execute projects and activations
  • Design and implement targeted training programs for product knowledge and selling mastery
  • Coordinate cross functional projects to improve efficiency and sales strategies
  • Develop client engagement strategies across multichannel touchpoints
  • Implement client management tools and coach local teams on usage
  • Create segmented gifting and personalized client experiences
  • Coach, mentor and supervise regional trainers and retail training teams
  • Collaborate with communications and merchandising to ensure cohesive brand experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field
  • 10 years of retail experience in the luxury fashion industry
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with business intelligence and KPI analysis
  • Proven ability to design and deliver retail training programs
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
