Summary
Senior operations leader responsible for building and scaling end-to-end operational capabilities to support rapid, profitable growth across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, customer service, and operational planning. This role partners with the CEO and executive team to define strategy, governance, and performance metrics while recruiting and developing a lean high-performing operations organization. The position is based in the New Orleans headquarters full time onsite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a prioritized operations roadmap with timelines to achieve multi-year growth goals.
- Design and optimize omni-channel order lifecycle including BOPIS, ship-from-store, EDI, and 3PL integrations.
- Establish an agile PMO and governance model with clear intake, prioritization, and RACI.
- Create a single source of truth for operational KPIs and partner with Finance to build leadership dashboards.
- Define warehousing and logistics strategy including WMS best practices, slotting, and SLAs.
- Recruit, coach, and scale a lean operations team with defined roles and career paths.
- Lead change management through SOPs, training, and communication to drive adoption.
- Manage operations budget and drive cost reductions through vendor negotiations and efficiencies.
- Strengthen operational controls across order to cash and procure to pay including inventory accuracy and audit trails.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in consumer or retail brands.
- Deep experience in S&OP IBP, demand and supply planning, merchandising allocation, and inventory management.
- Proven expertise in warehousing, 3PL management, and logistics strategy.
- Strong financial and analytical skills including unit economics and margin optimization.
- Demonstrated people leadership and cross functional influence with experience scaling teams.
- Experience with premium fashion or accessories brands and international vendor management is a plus.
- Familiarity with OKRs, stage gate governance, and modern BI tools or SQL is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
