Warehouse Associate - Ncal Distribution Center

Summary

Support supply chain operations by accurately processing orders, returns, receiving and shipping shipments while following standard operating procedures and maintaining productivity and attendance. Work on-site in a distribution center with rotational assignments across departments and buildings during a set Monday-Friday afternoon shift.

Responsibilities

• Audit, process, assemble, pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently
• Complete receiving and shipping documentation as required
• Follow job rotation and work assignments within designated department and building
• Utilize standard operating procedures and reference aids and suggest improvements
• Research and resolve operational issues using appropriate resources
• Handle material movement including lifting and moving up to 50lb boxes
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Requirements

• Ability to repetitively bend, reach, stand, walk and lift 50lb boxes
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and reliability to support teamwork
• Commitment to driving productivity and achieving results
• Willingness to follow procedures and adapt to rotational assignments
