Responsibilities

• Accurately audit and receive incoming inventory
• Process and pack customer orders for shipment
• Handle returns and complete required documentation
• Rotate through tasks within the department as needed
• Lift and move items up to 50 lb safely
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols
• Identify and report opportunities for operational improvement
• Use resources to resolve order and inventory issues
