Summary

This part-time, customer-facing role focuses on delivering a personalized shopping experience and supporting sales goals. The Brand Ambassador builds customer relationships while representing the store's brand and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business and achieve sales goals by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
• Support store initiatives, team training, and new shopping technologies and purchasing options.
• Build clientele through customer engagement and networking.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and provide management with customer and category feedback.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate registers and remain mobile on the sales floor; lift or climb up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
