Responsibilities- Receive and label all incoming repairs and pack finished goods for shipment.
- Prepare shipment documentation and ensure the availability of shipping supplies.
- Move pallets to shipping docks and maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
- Ensure secure and accurate shipments and address discrepancies promptly.
- Receive and integrate spare parts into the warehouse and manage spare parts returns.
- Perform basic warehouse processes such as creating locations and conducting cycle counts.
- Check spare parts quality and report issues to the supervisor.
- Create picking lists and allocate spare parts for repairs.
- Communicate with teams to report issues and process orders within one business day.
- Participate in improvement projects within the company.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience with inventory and quality control preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to pull or push up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
